Make it fit the send.

• Pass the permissions as a list; each row renders its label and what it actually means, so the recipient decides on facts rather than a scope name.
• Give keep and remove equal weight. Both are buttons and neither is preselected, because the honest answer depends on what the connection still does.
• Include the last-read line only when the connection has actually read something, and format the connection date in your application: the template never reads the clock.
