# Data-sharing review

Ask a team owner whether a connected app should keep its access, listing every permission in plain words with its scope underneath.

## Guidance

- Pass the permissions as a list of label, detail and scope; each row renders the permission in the reader's words with the scope name underneath, so the recipient decides on facts rather than a scope name.
- Give keep and remove equal weight. Both are buttons, neither is preselected, and the email says that doing nothing changes nothing, because the honest answer depends on what the connection still does.
- The last-used line is optional: include it only when the app has actually read something. Format the connection date in your application; the template never reads the clock. The footer points the reader to the audit log and carries a review reference.
- It is written for Plinth, a fictional platform for deploying web apps. Replace its mark and the connected app's icon with your own, and restyle through the theme tokens in starter.css.
