Team invite

Make it fit the send.

• Supply the role and a one-sentence summary of what it can do, the projects as a list of name and domain, and the teammates as a list of name, role and avatar. A team of three and one of six render from the same source.
• The inviter's note is optional. The default fixture includes one and the no-note fixture leaves it out, and the email closes up around it. State how long the invitation stays open in the input; the template never reads the clock.
• Accept and decline are separate links, and the footer says declining shares nothing. Use Team invitation for someone without an account.
• It is written for Plinth, a fictional platform for deploying web apps. Replace its mark and the avatars with your own, and restyle through the theme tokens in starter.css.
