What an AI assistant reply costs.
About $0.02 per reply sent.
Each reply Samva Agents, the AI assistant, sends costs a $0.018 reply fee plus the model use that wrote it, about $0.002 for a typical reply. A reply a person rejects, or one that is never sent, still pays that model use but no fee. Setting up and trying the assistant are free on the default model. A calendar booking takes 3 replies (offer times, hold the booking, confirm it once you approve), so it costs about $0.06. The email a reply sends counts as one email on your plan. You set a monthly spend cap for each assistant.

Best-quality replies, and replies from any other model an owner picks, pay the same reply fee and are metered by use instead. Best quality usually totals $0.097–$0.43 a reply, fee included, depending on how long the thread is. Each needs about $0.57 of AI usage available to start, and best quality is included on paid plans.

Each extra email costs $0.0005. You pay for 1,001 emails, not a block of 2,000.
A limit you choose
The default limit is $50 of extra email a month. You get an alert at 80% and at 100% of your included emails. Raise it, lower it, or pause extra emails.
What happens at the limit
Sends past it are refused until you raise the limit or the month resets. If you pause extra emails, sending stops at your plan's included volume.

What does one bill cover?
Business email on your own domains, campaigns to your customers, and an AI assistant answering in the same inbox, on one plan. Businesses often pay a separate tool for each: an office suite for email, a campaign tool, and a help desk.
Do I pay for every person on my team?
No. A plan includes a mailbox allowance, and a person using Samva Mail takes a mailbox, not a dashboard seat. Dashboard seats are for the people who manage sending.
Do you charge per contact?
No. You are billed on emails sent. Each plan includes an active-contact allowance: 1,000 on Free, 10,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth, 250,000 on Scale.
What is a sending credit?
Your plan's monthly emails are counted in sending credits, and one email is one sending credit. Received email draws nothing.
What is AI usage, and does it spend my sending credits?
No. AI usage is a separate dollar balance from sending credits. Every plan includes a monthly amount of it, and the AI email editor and Samva Agents, the AI assistant, draw it as they work. The assistant draws about $0.02 for each reply it sends: a $0.018 reply fee plus the model use that wrote it. A reply a person rejects, or one that is never sent, pays that model use but no fee. Best-quality replies and other models an owner picks are metered by use. Best-quality mode, in the editor and for agents, is included on paid plans. Free stops when its amount is spent; paid plans can bill past it. Packs of $10, $10 each, never expire. Each pool refuses on its own, so running out of one never stops the other.
What happens if I go past my plan?
Paid plans bill extra emails at exactly $0.50 per 1,000, up to your spend limit ($50 by default). Free stops at 500.
When do I pay for extra emails?
Extra emails are billed in arrears, on the monthly invoice that follows.
Do replies count against my emails?
No. Received email draws nothing from your monthly emails. Only the emails you send do.
Is there a daily limit?
Yes. Free sends 100 a day. Starter 5,000 a day, Growth 20,000 a day, Scale 100,000 a day. New accounts start lower while they are reviewed.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pay in your own currency. Checkout shows your local currency.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add it and publish the DKIM and SPF records Samva generates, or connect Cloudflare or Vercel and they are added for you.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Pick a different plan in billing settings when your volume changes. Your integration stays the same.
