Rewards milestone

Make it fit the send.

• Pass the steps as a list; a step marked done renders its completed state and an outstanding one renders the open state, so the same source covers a member on their first step and one on their last. Replace the Northwick wordmark, banner and tier marks with your own PNGs.
• The tiers are a second list of mark, name, threshold and reward, so a ladder of four rungs and one of five come from the same source.
• Supply the progress counts, the balance, the next reward and its expiry per send; the template never reads the clock. The bonus note is optional, and the eyebrow, labels, button label and footer are editable copy.
