Manage contact groups and attachments from the SDK

Manage contact groups, custom fields, unsubscribe groups, attachments, and analytics from the SDK, with safer retries on every send.

The SDK now covers contact groups, custom fields, unsubscribe groups, attachments, and analytics, so you can manage them from code instead of the dashboard.

Sends are also easier to retry. Each call carries an idempotency key. If a send times out and you retry it yourself, pass the same idempotencyKey option so the email goes out only once.

This release has breaking changes. Read Upgrading to samva 0.6 before you bump the version.
