List mailbox policies
Returns every send policy on a mailbox, oldest first.
Returns every send policy on a mailbox, oldest first. A mailbox holds at most 20 policies, so the list is never paged. Each enabled policy holds (requireApproval) or refuses (deny) every send from the mailbox; deny wins when both apply.
