# Feedback request

Ask active users one question they can answer with a single click, from a person who reads the replies.

## Guidance

- Send from somebody who can act on the answer, and set an honest expectation for the survey behind it.
- The answers are a list in the input, each with its own recorded destination, so a three-point scale and a five-point scale use the same source.
- The incentive line is optional and renders only when you send one.
