Bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically, and every send has events you can check, so an email never just disappears into the void. The next send to it and one other recipient returns 201 Created, delivers to the other recipient, and lists the suppressed address in skippedRecipients with the reason bounce. Fig 2. Samva shows what you publish and links the guide, and never creates the record. ## What Samva does for you. - **Dead addresses stop getting mail**: A hard bounce or a complaint suppresses the address. List suppressions, and lift one once the address is fixed. - **Your own reputation**: Each account sends with its own reputation, so another customer's list cannot drag yours down. - **Warm up a new domain**: Warm-up paces campaign sends on a new domain. Samva shows the exact names and values in the dashboard. If Cloudflare or Vercel hosts your DNS, connect it and they are added for you. ### Does Samva set up DMARC? No. DMARC is the policy you set for your domain. Samva shows the policy it finds and links a guide to setting one. ### What happens when an email bounces? A hard bounce or a complaint suppresses the address until you lift it. A soft bounce suppresses it for 30 days. ### How long does verification take? Often minutes, sometimes a few hours while DNS propagates. ### Do new accounts have limits?
