Returns explicit per-channel subscriptions, newest first, optionally filtered by channel and status.

Returns explicit per-channel subscriptions, newest first, optionally filtered by channel and status. Pass nextCursor as cursor to continue; nextCursor is null on the last page. Contacts without an explicit subscription are absent from this list.
