# Customer email shouldn't eat your day.

URL: https://samva.dev/about

Samva is where a small business talks to its customers over email, with an AI assistant that handles the routine messages. Built by Arya Labs, Inc.

A misty golden garden where letter cards grow along dotted amber light routes

What Samva holds to

What Samva holds to

- **It earns your trust**: Start by approving its drafts; once you trust it, let it answer on its own. Every calendar booking still waits for you, and so does any action you choose.
- **Your own domain**: Every address is on your domain. Samva generates your DKIM and SPF records and checks your DMARC policy, so you send with your own reputation.
- **A mailbox for everyone**: Plans are priced by mailbox, not seat. Personal mailboxes only their owner reads, and shared ones your team works together.
- **A person answers**: The founder replies to every contact request.

## Who builds Samva.

Samva is built by Saatvik Arya at Arya Labs. He reads every message from the contact form and support@samva.dev himself, and usually replies within a day.

“I kept building the same email plumbing in every product: bounce handling, a noreply box, and a script to match replies to users. Samva is the API I wanted instead.”
